Anything to Get to You

 

In my love for you

I feel the sea

The ravishing liquid

Of my heart

Swishing

Dancing

For every bit of what you are

It is all yours

For I

My love

Would do anything

To get to you

 

No bind could take me

Too far

A million miles is not my foe

I could never be captured

I’d discover a way

Wrenching time still passes

There my love, stay

For I’d find you once more

You’d see crimson snow exists

It’s all in your mind

Oh sweet, please know this

I’d do anything

To get to you

 

For destiny is not some

Magic

It’s not the hand of time

To strike you dead

It’s a prayer on a petal

That floats in the wind

And gathers up perfumes

From where it’s been

Never to stop

Once it has started

For no strength can seize

Passion imparted

Any toil is but a stall

To our ever

And after all

And it can not sway what is true
